Andriea A. Aden, Esq. was born and raised in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and relocated to Reno, Nevada in 2008 after graduating 4th in her class from the University of South Dakota School of Law.

Andriea has wanted to be a lawyer since she can remember. Having been raised in South Dakota, Andriea was raised with traditional Midwestern values, including a strong work ethic and solid set of core values, all traits she brings to her law practice.

Andriea began her legal career in Nevada in August of 2008 practicing in the area of insurance defense. While she learned many valuable legal skills, she quickly realized she was meant to be a family law attorney after helping out a family friend pro bono on his custody case. Andriea then sought out a legal career in family law with the Law Offices of Marilyn D. York, and has been practicing exclusively family law since November 2010. Andriea left the Law Offices of Marilyn D. York in March of 2017 to start her own solo practice.

Andriea has extensive experience in all areas of family law, including high end and complex divorce and custody matters, child support, protection orders, alimony, post-decree contempt, pre-nuptial agreements, post-nuptial agreements, grandparents rights, paternity, and many more. In 2017, Andriea became a certified family law specialist by the State Bar of Nevada.

Andriea is married to her husband, Jason, and they have two dogs, a yorkie named Jack and a yorkie-poo named Princess Leia. Andriea is also a not so secret nerd who enjoys playing video games and board games.

Tarah Hansen

Tarah brings over thirteen years of experience in the legal field, with a recent transition into family law driven by her desire to focus on helping individuals on a more personal level. She began her career in employment defense law, where she was dedicated to protecting employee rights. Tarah then served with the Nevada Attorney General’s Office and the Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline, where she played a key role in upholding the integrity and impartiality of the judicial system.

Tarah is deeply passionate about advocating for clients in matters that directly impact their everyday lives. She is committed to providing the highest level of representation to ensure positive outcomes for families, guiding clients through the complexities of the legal process with care and ease. She is always available to answer questions and address concerns, ensuring a smooth experience for those she serves.

Raised in rural Gardnerville, Nevada, Tarah is the proud mother of two daughters and the owner of two energetic pups. The family enjoys an active lifestyle, with winter days spent on the slopes and summer weekends hiking and camping around Lake Tahoe.
